The extraordinary story of the life and work of one of the greatest painting geniuses of all time. The 1970s. Eccentric master Salvador Dali is preparing an exhibition in New York (starring Ben Kingsley in the title role and Ezra Miller as the young Dali). He is accompanied in his frantic and unconventional preparations by his young assistant James, New York artists of the time and his wife and muse Gala, with whom he shares a passionate and jealous relationship. Together with them, we are transported into the tempting, glittering and colourful bohemian artistic world of rock legend Alice Copper, star of the musical "Jesus Christ Superstar" Jeff Fenholt and fashion icons Donyale Luna and Amanda Lear.
