An American television crew searching for paranormal phenomena around the world travels to the idyllic Fraser "s Hill in the mountainous area of Malaysia.The crew includes the beautiful, esoteric Jules and the sceptical Ben. They are there to record footage of the haunting of an old house. Its new owners Ian and Martha claim to have experienced strange phenomena there. As they delve deeper into the mystery, the team encounters cases of possession and wraiths as frightening and powerful as they have never encountered before in their practice. Step by step, they uncover the grim mysteries of the house's history, linked to an ancient, forbidden Thai ritual, dead newborn babies, wandering female souls and a brutal supernatural force that threatens annihilation to anyone who comes into contact with it. Jules came into contact with an unearthly power as a child, perhaps making her the only one able to stand up to the evil forces.
